Our Story
Chef In Park has been doing high quality and simple sushi for the past 30 years. He started Miso sushi during COVID19 when all the restaurants were shut down. Int he midst of the pandemic, he and his wife Sun Park took a big step of faith to open MISO. The mission was to make high quality sushi available to everyone. All costs were cut to make this mission reality. With his unique contacts with fish mongers on the East Coast, he has committed to bringing the best fish to every household. His specialty is high grade fish with no frills.
